Who can attend?

PLASA Show is a trade event open to anyone who works, or who has an interest, in the entertainment technology industry. Individuals under the age of 16 will not be permitted, however, students of senior school age (11+) may attend for educational purposes if accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. 

How can I register?

Registration and entry is completely free of charge until 30 August, when it then raises to £15. This goes up to £20 for on-the-door registration. Tickets purchased for PLASA Show are non-refundable and non-transferable. Click here to register.

How do I receive my badge?

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation containing your badge which you can print at home and bring with you. If you are unable to print it, a limited number of staff will be available to help you on the door. 

Can I bring my dog?

Animals are not permitted, except for guide dogs.

How do I log in to the PLASA Show app?

Once you've downloaded the PLASA Show app you will be able to log in using the same email address that you registered to the show with. If you use a different email address it won't work. If you haven't registered for the PLASA Show yet, it won't work. On first login, you must select 'send login link' or 'forgot password'. Either of these options will send you an email with a link to set your new password. Once set, you can log in to the app. 

Can I attend seminars?

Absolutely! Seminars take place throughout all three days in purpose built theatres on the Galley level. All sessions are free with an entry ticket and operate on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to arrive early as many of them fill up.

Can children attend PLASA Show?

Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted. However, students age 11+ may attend if accompanied by their teacher. There are no crèche facilities on site.

Is there Wi-Fi at the show?

Yes, London Olympia has free unlimited WiFi. 

Is there a cloakroom at the show?

Yes, prices range from £1-£2 per product. However, you are unable to store suitcases there. 

Is there disabled access at the show?

PLASA Show requires all exhibitor stands and seminar theatres to be wheelchair accessible. Olympia provides extra equipment and assistance, and an induction loop can be booked in advance.

What do I do if I need First Aid?

Please contact a member of security or report to the Organisers Office and a member of the team will be happy to help.

Are there food and drink outlets at the show?

Drinks and snacks are available at the PLASA Show Bar, and a variety of food and drink outlets can be found around the hall.

Can I take photos at the show?

Yes, you may take photos at the show, however, filming/photography of individual stands is not permitted without prior consent from the exhibitors.

Can I distribute leaflets or brochures at the show?

Procurement of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the show.

Are there any seating areas?

Yes, there are plenty of seating areas in the show hall, from cafes and bars, to our networking area. Plus, many exhibitor stands will have seating if you'd like to sit down and chat with them.

Is there anywhere for visitors to relax at the show?

Yes, there are plenty of seating areas to chill in. Plus, you can escape the hustle of the show floor in EventWell Hub's quiet space if you need to reset or speak about something that is troubling you. Located on the ground floor.

Is there anywhere for PLASA members to relax at the show?

Yes, the PLASA Members Lounge is located at the back of the show floor. If you are interested in a membership, you are welcome to pop by for an informal chat.
